Musicians played interpretations of works by Bach, Mozart, Paganini, and Tchaikovsky on historic, borrowed Italian instruments, including famous Stradivarius. The outstanding encores of the artists ended with long standing ovations.

Madmanflute, or Paweł Stępień, presented his modern version of J.S. Bach's piece "Badinerie" in the form of variations. Stępień, besides being a talented flutist, is also a composer, which allows him to express his creativity on many musical levels. "Badinerie" is one of Bach's most famous works, originating from the orchestral suite "Suite in B minor." Stępień made a bold move by presenting a modern interpretation of this piece. Using the flute as the main instrument, the artist introduced new sounds and arrangements, bringing the piece closer to contemporary musical tastes. As a composer, Stępień proves that he is capable of creating original and innovative compositions that simultaneously pay tribute to great masters like Bach. His variations on "Badinerie" retain the melodic and harmonic qualities of the original piece, yet introduce modern elements that give the work new life. It is worth noting that "Badinerie" is one of the most technically demanding flute pieces. Paweł Stępień handles fast figures, precise trills, and full-bodied passages with great skill.
