The video presents a piano-flute recital in which artists Kamil Zypser (piano) and Paweł Stępnia (flute) perform the piece "Kassouga" written by composer M. Shinohara. The concert took place in the POSM Hall in Bielsko-Biała on January 19, 2012. M. Shinohara is known as a Japanese composer who creates music with a unique character. His style refers to traditional Japanese music while simultaneously combining it with modern compositional techniques. "Kassouga" is one of his works that serves as a great example of his creativity. The performance by Kamil Zypser and Paweł Stępnia is an excellent example of the interpretation of Shinohara's piece. Their professionalism and virtuosity are evident in their exceptional performances on the piano and flute. Their precision and cohesion as a duet are commendable. The form of the composition "Kassouga" is interesting and original. It utilizes contrasting themes, diverse melodic lines, and intriguing harmonies. This piece consists of many different sections, making listening to it fascinating and intriguing. This captivating performance took place in 2012; however, it is worth appreciating the artists for agreeing to record and publish this performance. Thanks to them, we can enjoy their talent and the beauty of this composition. In summary, the performance by Kamil Zypser and Paweł Stępnia of the piece "Kassouga" by composer M. Shinohara is an excellent example of piano-flute music. Their interpretation, technique, and cohesion as a duet are extraordinary. It was an incredible performance! Kamil Zypser and Paweł Stępień gave their all and created a magical atmosphere at the concert. Their playing was full of emotions and passion. Throughout the recital, I couldn't take my eyes off them. Together they created a beautiful sound that transported me to a completely different world.
