On Saturday, March 23, 2019, the CIX concert from the series "Great Music in the Small Hall" organized by the Warsaw University of Technology took place. Although the concert was held in the Large Hall of the Polytechnic, the concert series retained its name for historical reasons.

Johann Sebastian Bach is considered one of the greatest composers of his time and one of the most important in the history of music. His Fourth Brandenburg Concerto in G major, BWV 1049, is one of the most famous and beloved works of the Old Master. This concerto was composed in G major and consists of three parts: Andante, Allegro, and Presto. The video, in which we can see a performance of this concerto, showcases the extraordinary skills of three soloists – Otto Büchner, who plays the violin, and Hans Martin Linde and Günter Höller, who play the recorders. This Bach concert is pure mastery! The music captivates and does not allow you to detach from the sounds of the violins, flutes, and orchestra. I love listening to such enchanted melodies that put me in a magical mood. Otto Büchner as the violinist perfectly brings out the emotions hidden in the piece, while Linde and Höller with their flutes add incredible charm to it. Richter together with the orchestra creates a wonderful backdrop for this work. It is truly music that can pull us out of everyday life and transport us to another world full of magic.
