An operatic breath of fresh air has appeared on the small stage of the Silesian Opera, but grand in its artistic expression in the art of Giuseppe Verdi's "Traviata" in the latest production by Michał Znaniecki.
During the past weekend, a very good atmosphere social meeting of opera art lovers took place, to which the Wroclaw Opera and the main character of the opera 'Traviata' by Giuseppe Verdi invited.
Struggle for influence, struggle for power, for life. I am extremely happy that the Grand Theatre in Łódź influenced my choice and I spent Sunday evening among the characters of Giuseppe Verdi's "Nabucco" in this very theater.

Giuseppe Tartini was an Italian composer and violinist, born in 1692. His works, encompassing both instrumental and vocal pieces, had a significant impact on the development of Baroque music. The D major concerto, of which excerpts are presented in this recording, is an excellent example of his skill in composing for specific instruments. In this case, he composed a concerto for trumpet, which in the performance by Markus Wuerscha will sound eclectic and full of virtuosity. Tartini experiments with various instrumental techniques and employs melodies of an intense character to extract the full potential of the trumpet. The visible video also shows the participation of the soloist on organ, Peter Solomon, who is an outstanding performer and well-acquainted with the Baroque repertoire. The form of the concerto consists of three parts: Allegro, Andante, and further performances of the remaining sections may be available in future recordings. Tartini, like many composers of his time, created his compositions in the Baroque style. They are characterized by rich ornamentation, contrasting musical themes, harmony, and dynamics. The musical style of this period resulted from experiments with harmony, melody, and musical structure. Tartini's D major concerto, like many of his works, is a product of his compositional genius. It is perfectly suited for lovers of Baroque music and for those who appreciate virtuosity and the diverse sounds of solo instruments. This masterpiece remains popular and inspiring for performers and listeners around the world.
Wow, this concert of Tartini is absolutely amazing! Markus Wuersch on trumpet and Peter Solomon on organ create an incredible combination. Their skills are remarkable! The melody is full of energy and emotion, and the trumpet solos are incredibly virtuosic. This video is not only a wonderful presentation of the talent of young musicians but also a fantastic example of how the sounds of instruments can win the hearts of listeners. I love the dynamic transitions between Allegro and Andante, which add even more tension and passion. Great job!
