Rinat Ibragimov - double bass (3-stringed)
The double bass, belonging to the string instruments, is the largest and lowest sounding instrument from this family (the larger instrument playing two octaves lower is the octobass, but it is not popular and not used in orchestras).
In the latest production of the Wrocław Opera, we explore the world of the infamous protagonist of the opera "Don Giovanni", in the closed universe of human imagination envisioned by director André Heller Lopes.
The quintet is made up of section leaders of the Warsaw Camerata orchestra: Adam Zarzycki - 1st violin, Monika Kos-Nowicka - 2nd violin, Michał Styczyński - viola, Jerzy Wołochowicz - cello and Małgorzata Kołcz - double bass.
