Edvard Grieg was a Norwegian composer, born in 1843 and died in 1907. His creativity had a significant impact on Scandinavian music and the development of musical romanticism. Grieg is mainly known for compositions related to chamber music and works inspired by Norwegian folk music. "Peer Gynt Suite" is one of Grieg's most famous works. It was composed in 1875 and created as music for a theatrical play based on Henrik Ibsen's drama "Peer Gynt." This suite consists of various musical parts, of which "In the Hall of the Mountain King" is one of the most characteristic and impressive fragments. "In the Hall of the Mountain King" is a dynamic and picturesque piece performed on the ocarinas, a type of wooden wind instrument.
