The ensemble was formed in 2008 at the initiative of the soloists of the Szczecin Baltic Neopolis Orchestra – graduates of higher music schools in Berlin, London, Wrocław, and Szczecin.

The group was formed at the initiative of the outstanding Polish bassoonist, soloist of the National Philharmonic in Warsaw Leszek Wachnik. They were joined by: oboist Agnieszka Wachnik and professor at the F. Chopin University of Music in Warsaw Romuald Gołębiowski.

The music video for the piece Sinfonietta, by Paweł Łukaszewski, presents four parts in a film format. The main character is a creator who struggles daily with reality and himself, which is the essence of the story. The creator of the clip, Olek Różańek, gave it the working title "four times of day". The music was performed by the Baltic Neopolis Orchestra, and the Mstudio team was responsible for the production of the music video. The film featured Arkadiusz Buszko and Michał Pawłowski, and the script and direction were created by Olek Różańek. The composer of the Sinfonietta is Paweł Łukaszewski. The cinematography was handled by Łukasz Nyks, Marcin Majerski, and Michał Kiełpiński, while the visual effects were created by Gniewomir Łuczak and Michał Kiełpiński. The lighting was taken care of by Sławomir Solarek, and the sound was managed by Maciej Cybulski. The editing was done by Łukasz Nyks, Olek Różańek, and Michał Kiełpiński. Meanwhile, the set management was handled by Tomasz Nawrocki and Anna May, with makeup by Anna May and Maria Sztark.
