"poG?OSka" – episode 4

poG?OSka – where possibilities meet imagination and knowledge about new vocal tasks.

This is a series of meetings related to contemporary vocal art, dedicated to its most interesting topics. Selected, discussed, and subsequently presented in recordings or live new vocal tasks, previously undescribed or little known in Polish literature, are meant to be a source of knowledge and inspiration for singers, composers, musicologists, but above all for music lovers.

The aim of the project is to popularize contemporary classical music, vocal education, deepen creative awareness, engage in dialogue with the audience, and provide tools for constructing one's own vocal exercises.

Episodes are enriched with statements from specialists such as Ewa Biegas, Szymon Bywalec, Aleksander Nowak, and Mikołaj Stroiński, and can also serve as a great form of short lectures in cultural centers, schools, for youth and students.

The fourth episode opens with a playful reminder summarizing the vocal phenomena previously presented by Joanna Freszel. The artist then describes two more - so-called large jumps and glissando.

Guests of poG?OSki are: opera singer Ewa Biegas and composer Mikołaj Stroiński.

We warmly invite you to follow the upcoming episodes.
