With great sadness, we inform that Montserrat Figueras passed away on 23.11.2011. The Catalan soprano specializing in early music performances was a recipient of many awards. Her voice is well known in Poland both through recordings and concerts performed in our country. She performed with her husband Jordi Savall and such ensembles as Hesperion XXI, La Capella Reial de Catalunya, and Le Concert des Nations. The funeral will take place on Friday.
