Grand Theatre in Łódź: Dreams sung. "Nabucco".

Struggle for influence, struggle for power, for life. I am extremely happy that the Grand Theatre in Łódź influenced my choice and I spent Sunday evening among the characters of Giuseppe Verdi's "Nabucco" in this very theater.

The first fanfares of Verdi's overture announced to us the new conductor of the performance that day, who has been on the billboards in Łódź for over 30 years. The following sounds showed the power of the orchestra and the joy of creating together. The next fanfares were for the audience gathered that day, who made the right choice and were together with the artists.
Beauty, lightness, dynamism, and the wise message of music along with the unveiling of the curtain revealed all the advantages of the Łódź performance.
There was a sense of holiness in this place, the importance of events and experiences, the naturalness of prayers and songs combined with the simplicity and good choice of scenography. On that day, the artists created a true temple of art.
The elemental conducting of the orchestra translated into the credibility of the performance, eliciting the proper emotions between the characters, bringing proper life to the stage.
From the stage emanated warmth, and the music flowed like the waters of the Jordan.
And during that evening, these very artists with their character creations released in us the dream of a journey to the Jordan.
In pursuit of musical beauty - that's the title of the concert that will soon take place in one of the philharmonics, that's how my journey to Łódź looked that day.
"I used all my charms to stop the bus that was leaving without me, but fortunately it took me and I'm here. It's wonderful." I could have written during the first intermission of the performance.
