A funny story about amateur theater, about how everything that can go wrong might just happen on the premiere day... A comedy about actors and their work, about the backstage of the theater, about the mechanisms and troubles of creating illusions. Students from a certain university run a theater group and plan to stage a play written in the 1920s about a mysterious murder. As the premiere approaches, everything goes wrong. Unfortunate accidents that theoretically could happen occur one after another. Bad luck, lack of professionalism, carelessness of the crew, and the actors' stage fright lead to utter pandemonium, with the audience repeatedly brought to tears from laughter... Will the actors and the audience survive to the bows?
