The most beautiful operatic arias of the world and the greatest hits from Polish and American musicals performed live by carefully selected musicians under the direction of Dr. Bogna Dulińska.

Timeless melodies will be sung by outstanding soloists from Musical and Opera Theaters, including Krzysztof Knapczyk, whose brilliant performances have gained recognition from audiences all over the world. The concert "Pop Opera - From Opera to Musical" is not only music, but also great visual and dance performances that our artists will enrich.

During this exceptional event, you will hear world classics, including: "O sole mio", "La donna è mobile" from the opera "Rigoletto", "Nessun Dorma" from the opera "Turandot", "If I Were a Rich Man" and "The Mouth is Silent, the Soul Sings" from the operetta "The Merry Widow", "Torna surriento" (Neapolitan song), "On my own" from the musical "Les Misérables", "Almost made it" from the musical "The Princess and the Frog", "Parla più piano" from the film "The Godfather", "When I'm 64" from the repertoire of "The Beatles", "I Really Want It" from the musical "The Little Mermaid", "My Way" from Frank Sinatra's repertoire, "The Steamboat" from Krzysztof Krawczyk's repertoire, and even "Save from Oblivion" from Marek Grechuta's repertoire as well as at least three new songs in the Polish language version: "You Raise Me Up" from Josh Groban's repertoire, "Libiamo, ne' lieti calici" from the opera "La Traviata", "Shallow" from the film "A Star is Born".

Krzysztof Knapczyk - actor and singer (tenor) associated with the Musical Theater in Łódź. A member of the ensemble “Queen Symphonic”, “The Beatles Symphonic” and the group “A Tribute to Il Divo. The 3 Tenors”, which performs in Greece, gaining recognition from fans worldwide. Crowned the local solo equivalent of the Italian trio Il Volo. He belongs to the group of the most talented young Polish vocalists. He has performed in Greece, Germany (where he studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart) and the United States. After successes on European stages, he returned to Poland, where he began his own concert tour.

With his brilliant performances, Krzysztof Knapczyk gains recognition from listeners of all ages. He sings in Polish, English, French, Italian, and Russian. Since 2014, he has been implementing his own music project "Opera on the Street", with which he has visited, among others, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, New York, Athens, and Berlin.

His creativity is classical music sung in an innovative, original way - with a pop and musical flair. He brings opera "to the doorstep" - rediscovering the power of the most beautiful arias and operatic songs of the world and presenting them to the audience in unusual, contemporary, "light" arrangements. According to critics, he effectively shortens the distance between opera, pop, and musical, freely moving within each of these genres and combining them into unique musical puzzles.
