Graduate of the Academy of Music in Krakow in the violin class of Prof. Roman Reiner. Concertmaster of the Krakow Opera. As a concertmaster, he also collaborated with other orchestras and ensembles: Ballet Classique de Paris Orchestra (1998), Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Krakow, Forum SINFONIA, Krakow Chamber Opera (2004), Wildwood Festival Orchestra - USA (2003, 2005) and the Radio Symphony Orchestra in Krakow (2007). He performed solo and chamber music in Europe and the USA, including: together with the Forum SINFONIA Chamber Orchestra, he toured the United States presenting, among others, 'The Four Seasons' by A. Vivaldi. Accompanied by the Krakow Opera Orchestra, he performed, among others, concerts by A. Vivaldi, W. A. Mozart, and in 2007 he played the II Concert by K. Szymanowski during the joint celebrations of the composer's year in MaÅopolska. He collaborated with outstanding musical personalities, including D. ImieÅowska, M. Cieniawa, and the world-renowned pianist Kevin Kenner (USA). In 1999, he founded the chamber ensemble Cracovie Ensemble. He is also a member of the ensemble The Reivers founded by L. Davidson - bagpipes (Scotland). He is the creator and initiator of projects, competitions, and music festivals, including: Spring of Young Chamber Musicians, Vivaldi Violin Competition, and in 2010 he conducted the I Internet Competition for Children's Chamber Ensembles Play & Watch. He received the award from the President of the City of Krakow and the Educational Award of the Royal - Capital City of Krakow. He is the composer of many violin works for children. As a soloist and chamber musician, he recorded albums, including 'New Violin Works for violin and string quartet.' He plays on the violin of Jan Pawlikowski from 2010. www.pawelwojtowicz.com
