Organizer: Polish Society of Contemporary Music
Venue: BiaÅoÅÄka Cultural Center
GÅÄbocka 66, Warsaw
Even a centenarian like the Polish Society of Contemporary Music enjoys fairy tales. Therefore, we have prepared another 'Musical Journey to the Land of Imagination', which will take place on Saturday, October 26, this year at 14:00 at the BiaÅoÅÄka Cultural Center at GÅÄbocka 66.
This is an interactive family concert (about 50 minutes, for children 5+), which is based on a story told by an actor and the audience, accompanied by improvising musicians.
We will wander together through various lands of imagination, meeting fairy tale characters. We might fight monsters or discover treasures. It all depends on the participants of the concert.
The music created for these stories will accompany us at every moment of our expedition, emphasizing emotions and helping to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the stories being created.
Performing will be: actor and director of children's plays Grzegorz Ociepka, drummer Leszek Lorent, composer and pianist JarosÅaw SiwiaÅski, and double bassist MaÅgorzata KoÅcz.
Participation in the concert is free of charge.
We invite all fairy tale lovers to this exceptional event.
