For just a few more weeks, the organizers of the Summer Guitar Course in Krzyżowa will be accepting registrations for fingerstyle technique classes. Applications can be sent in until May 7th. The Fingerstyle Package was created for those who want to develop their guitar playing skills using the unique, yet still not very popular in Poland, fingerstyle technique. The fingerstyle course will include group classes as well as individual consultations with invited lecturers - Piotr Restecki and Piotr Słapa. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend concerts, shows, and lectures that will take place in Krzyżowa. Both Piotr Restecki and Piotr Słapa are musicians who are pioneers of fingerstyle in Poland. Both are involved in popularizing this playing technique. They compose, conduct numerous workshops, and perform concerts. Piotr Restecki is known to a wider audience as a finalist of the music show 'Must be the music'. Piotr Słapa is the creator of the largest Polish portal for acoustic guitarists - fingerstyle.pl. He also serves as the artistic director of the school Guitarschool.pl. In addition to the fingerstyle course, the festival organizers have prepared six packages differentiated by the number of lesson hours and playing styles. The package prices include accommodation in Krzyżowa with meals and the opportunity to participate in evening concerts by the instructors. Registrations for the workshops are accepted through a form on the website www.gitara.krzyzowa.pl.
