We invite you to a concert celebrating the music of the World and the Cosmos, filled with traditional polyphonic songs from various cultures and original compositions by the ensemble.

Laboratorium Pieśni has been performing polyphonic songs from many traditions since 2013, accompanied by shamanic drums and other ethnic instruments. The material for the songs goes through a unique process from the source: songs are usually brought from various regions of Poland, Europe, and the world by the members of the ensemble, and then they are developed in a workshop process and rehearsals, ultimately presenting themselves in a new form - traditional or enriched, arranged.

At the concerts, we will hear material from the albums 'Rosna', 'Rasti' (nominated for the Fryderyk award in 2020) and the latest - 'Hé oyáte'. Check the repertoire and reserve tickets for the performances of Laboratorium Pieśni titled 'Concert of World Music'!

Laboratorium Pieśni - Song Laboratory (world/ethno/spiritual/medicine/mystic folk music) is a female ensemble of singers, established in 2013. The group sings and arranges traditional polyphonic songs: Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Belarusian, Serbian, Albanian, Bosnian, Polish, as well as Georgian, Scandinavian, Occitan, and many others. The songs of the World are performed both a cappella and with the accompaniment of shamanic drums and other ethnic instruments (including shruti box, bells, percussions, flute, kalimba, bowls, gong), bringing into the songs traditional new arrangements, spaces for vocal improvisation, inspired by the sounds of nature, often intuitive, wild, feminine.
