Jarosław Stokowski

A double bassist and bass player, a fourth-year student at the S. Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk. A classically trained musician with a solid foundation draws inspiration from classical music, jazz, blues, ethnic music, Jewish music, and also Irish music. He constantly performs and develops his skills among the leading Tri-City jazz musicians, such as Adam Wendt, Dariusz Herbarz, Artur Jurek, Grzegorz Sycz, etc. He also collaborates with the Gdańsk Symphony Orchestra, the Elbląg Chamber Orchestra, the Płock Symphony Orchestra, the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, and the Wybrzeże Theatre. A member of ensembles such as Meadow Quartet, Zagan Acoustic, and others. He has performed in the United States, Russia, Spain, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Germany.
