Event Description

IRA is a Polish rock band from Radom. It was formed in 1987 and debuted in 1988 at the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole.

The band's first album - 'IRA' - was released in 1989. The album 'Mój dom', released in 1991, followed by '1993' and the live album 'Live' achieved unprecedented success, securing the group a place among the top Polish rock bands. Hits from these albums, such as: 'Nadzieja', 'Mój dom', 'Bierz mnie', 'Wiara', and 'California' continue to warm the audience during the band's concerts.

In the second half of the 90s, the band changed its face, reaching for the album 'Znami' with somewhat heavier sounds. In 1996, after the release of the album 'Ogrody', guitarist and co-founder Kuba Płucisz left the band, and a few months later IRA suspended its activity.

In May 2016, the band released the album 'MY', which was promoted by the single 'Powtarzaj to'. In 2020, the band released the singles 'W Górę patrz' and 'Chciałbym' and 'Za późno już'

On May 14, 2021, the premiere of the 12th studio album titled 'Jutro' took place.
