A virtuoso of the harpsichord and recorder, recognized worldwide for her 'outstanding and expressive' interpretations (Toccata) and impeccable performances (Diapason). The artist performs both as a soloist and as a member of chamber ensembles, regularly concertizing in Europe, North America, and South America, as well as in the Middle and Far East.
Corina combines performance practice with pedagogy, teaching the next generation of performers of early music. She teaches flute and early keyboard instruments at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel (Switzerland) â the only institution in the world that offers education in this field, and Corina is its only lecturer teaching the performance of early keyboard instruments. The artist also conducts masterclasses worldwide.
Her extensive discography, covering repertoire from 14th-century istanpitte and intabulations to Baroque chamber music and solo concerts, reflects the artist's wide musical interests and her technical skills.
Corina is also active in research, and her multifaceted studies of the repertoire and reconstructions of keyboard instruments and recorders from the late Middle Ages and early Renaissance have made a significant contribution to the revival of these instruments in contemporary performance practice.
